Whenever I require ongoing support or have a query, Rod, Karin, or any of the Wheel Change U staff are just a phone call away… The good thing with the franchisors is that we can bounce ideas and questions either way… and I think we work together quite well. Finding customers wasn’t hard either, there’s clearly a gap in the market and the mobile concept is very appealing to most people. From commercial fleet customers with cars and light trucks to mums and dads with cars, 4WDs, trailers and caravans, it’s really not hard to sell.

I just wanted to give you an overall indication of my performance so far during the Covid 19 pandemic. Initially, as most business owners were, I was worried about the impact that this was going to have on my business. In fact my business has continued to grow significantly during this period. Most days I was actually having to turn away work, particularly urgent tyre replacement and puncture repairs.
