EFM Health Clubs run a turnkey marketing program which is presented at our annual conference each year.
Franchisees are encouraged to have input into the marketing campaign throughout the year and as a result each franchisee receives their annual marketing material in advance and hassle free. This is a combination of flyers, social media, digital, online and local area marketing all designed to drive business profitability.
At EFM not only do we provide a week’s intensive training prior to commencing operation of your franchise, we then have an ongoing support system that covers off any business support a franchisee needs.
Be it finance, IT, member records, coaching of members, we have staff and a franchisee group that are there to help you be the best you can be, so your members receive the EFM difference. We have an experienced support team who are only a phone call, text message, email or visit away.
EFM require a minimum of certificate 3 qualifications to become a franchise partner.

EFM Health Clubs Financial Data
The following financial information was provided by EFM Health Clubs to give you more information about the costs associated with a EFM Health Clubs opportunity
Length of Agreement
Initial 5 year franchise agreement with an option to renew for an additional 5 years
Initial Franchise Establishment Fee
$50,000 + GST.
Minimum Investment
$120,000 (includes equipment). Finance options are available for the equipment portion.
Equipment
$60,000 - $80,000 of equipment. Most franchise owners take advantage of the financing provided by our preferred equipment suppliers and use their rental agreement to purchase the equipment over a 4 year period. So at the end of the 4 years the franchisee owns the equipment.
Initial Marketing Fee
Approx. $10,000 + GST (the final cost of this does vary from site to site). The Initial Marketing Fee covers all the recommended printed marketing material for your first 12 months of operation, your club launch and all external signage.
Franchise fees
15% of gross turnover. Ongoing Franchise Fees are charged to ensure EFM Health Clubs continues to provide the highest level of support and training. This fee covers the unlimited and on-call technical, business and marketing support you may require as well as providing ongoing bi- monthly franchise meetings and workshops of the highest quality
