The Franchise Opportunity

As a franchisee you will receive full access to our exclusive product range, installation and sales methodology and all our online systems to help you quickly grow your business and effectively service this rapidly growing market. KomboGrass is receiving enquires from across Australia for our unique product range, from builders, developers, childcare centres, schools and retail customers.

You will never have a shortage of work, with the demand increasing dramatically as consumers search for innovative alternatives to natural turf. Customers want a quality product that requires no maintenance, and that is where you step in!

Using our expertise in IT system development, our directors have developed CRM, ERP, document and image management platforms, as well as tools to electronically record site plans and generate quotes using a simply check list, making it a trouble free exercise to quickly and accurately quote for new jobs and then manage them. For new franchisees not wanting to get too involved in back end administrative tasks, we also offer a fully managed service, where our staff manage everything on your behalf from initial client enquiry, scheduling a site measure in your electronic diary, generating and emailing the quote and then invoicing the client on job completion.

Our installation procedures are available from a web portal, which include training videos, actual site plans showing all calculations for materials required, technical guides and access to our own head office staff with many years of hands on experience.

Franchise package (all prices ex GST)

1. Franchise fee of $49,990
2. Royalty 9%; Marketing 4%; Head office support systems ($250/week)
3. Franchisee agreement term: 5 + 5 years
4. Setup costs including all equipment to get started from $100/week lease option available from KomboGrass, buy outright option also available from $23,000.
5. Other costs to cover are legal (approximately $2000) and 2 week onsite training ($2727) excluding any local accommodation or meals.
6. No requirement to stock our grass, we offer cut to order and delivery/collection services, meaning there is no requirement for any storage facility.

Typical Franchisee Candidate

Ideally you have basic handy person skills but most importantly a willingness to learn.

Artificial grass installation follows a structured plan, as long as you follow the steps in our franchise manual and as shown in our hands on training you should achieve professional results from day one. You must be fit and healthy, as the work involves outdoor physical activities. Good people skills and attention to detail, KomboGrass has built their reputation on exceeding their customers expectations, being punctual and professional in all their dealings.

KomboGrass have been fine tuning their franchise model for many years and have detailed sales records collected which include project financial reports. We are happy to share details on our past installations that show the time spent, materials required and overall profit for each job from which you can estimate your own personal revenue stream. We are so confident in our franchisee model that we are offering an income guarantee of up to *$2,000 p/w.
