iSPECT Building Inspections

Each franchise region includes rights to the territory, guaranteed minimum fees of between $60,000 to $80,000 per annum to your operation.

The Franchisee receives a business in a box, so they can hit the ground running and grow their weekly inspection numbers.

About Us

iSPECT seek Franchisee's that are motivated and capable of integrating the following tasks into their daily operations:

• Set region specific inspection prices relative to competition and client demand
• Respond to phone, email, SMS, quote requests and online chats from enquiries generated from iSPECT localised marketing within your region
• Respond to commercial enquiries and submit quotations and/or tender for commercial and government dilapidation, pre completion, warranty and rental minimum performance inspection types, utilising iSPECT experience and systems
• Complete onsite inspections of residential and commercial properties and new builds, including pest and termite inspections, as required by the client
• Complete the inspection specific report and submit to the client, within the agreed time frame
• Promote inspection services to local business, including real estate agents, conveyancers, architects, mortgage brokers, project manager, engineers, body corporate, buyer advocates etc
• Receive and reply to client reviews and maintain and keep current business services listings
• Liaise with the iSPECT Administration Team to maintain daily work schedules, invoicing and timely completion of inspection reports
• Utilise the iSPECT Booking System that includes its communications network, bookings system, web application inspection report, invoicing and marketing
• Participate in training, business support and professional development activities;
• Grow a saleable asset, servicing a cash flow friendly business, with an industry leading building inspection provider.

Minimum Inspection Guarantee

iSPECT guarantee a minimum of 4 building inspections per week to each Franchisee, which equates to a minimum income of $60,000 per annum, based on a 48 week working year.

Skills & Experience Required

The Franchisee must have skills, experience and qualifications specific to the building and construction industry:

• Hold a current building trade qualification, or industry relevant equivalent
• Be able to prove 10 years residential and commercial building and construction experience
• A working knowledge of the relevant State Building Act
• Capacity to operate and manage a business with quality compliant systems
• Pest inspection experience preferred but training available, via Short Courses Australia - RTO 41261
• In Victoria, pool inspection training available, via Short Courses Australia - RTO 41261
• In Queensland the franchisee must hold, or willing to attain both of the following Queensland Building & Construction Commission (QBCC) licence classes; 1. Builder Low Rise and Completed residential building inspection. 2. Termite Management – chemical Self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail
• Drivers license, car and able to travel to metro and regional areas
• Police check
• Respectful, presentable, punctual, professional and affable.
