Why Gutter Knight?
I had been in another Franchise so I had some experience coming into Gutter Knight. I knew Franchising potentially was great however I had a really bad experience with the previous group so I was really wary when looking into Gutter Knight. I saw really quickly that these guys were different in the way they did things and how the business was set up. Brian and David only make money if we do which was such a relief when learning this. I knew these guys were backing themselves to help me make my business be successful which I really liked. It was the total opposite in the other Franchise I was in.
What do you like about Gutter Knight?
I love how simple it is. Don’t get me wrong, you have to work and get out of it what you put in but the system is done for you which makes it so much better. I also really enjoy getting to know the other Franchisees at our conferences and functions. I also get to pick up my young fella from school which is really important to me.
What’s the support like from the Franchisors?
David and Brian are always there for me. We are on the phone weekly or more if I need it and I really enjoy the time they take to come and visit us in person. As far as support these guys are miles ahead of the other group I was with. You also get support from the other Franchisees which is also reassuring.
How has Gutter Knight improved your lifestyle or situation?
I am now able to pick up my son from school and am home much more. In my previous role I worked away a lot. We are also about to build our 3rd property since joining Gutter Knight so financially it has been very rewarding also. What would you say to other people looking into Gutter Knight as a possible business for themselves? Do it, you wont regret it.
