No formal qualifications required. In addition to skills you may have, you’ll learn new services you can provide through Masterfix and our Key Suppliers.

We’ll take you through the MasterFix systems and processes and provide you with all the supporting materials.

Although many of your leads will come from head office, we’ll show you how to successfully market yourself in your local area.

A Turnkey System

Recognising the unique skills and expertise possessed by individuals in the trades or those who are weekend warriors, MasterFix has developed a turnkey solution. This will assist you to transition seamlessly from working as an employed skilled professional, or as a weekend warrior into a successful fulltime business owner within the MasterFix network. Our program is designed to fill in your skill gaps through the initial training and on-going sessions provided by HO and our Key Suppliers. We realise everyone has different goals and aspirations.

Ideal Candidates

MasterFix offers 28 services, some are core services and some are additional services. We don’t expect our franchisees to be able to offer all services. You’ll probably be skilled in some of the services and through our training programs, over time become competent in others. For those services you can’t perform, you can call on the Head Office team or other franchisee partners for support.

Have a job where you’ll need a plasterer, but you can’t plaster? Subcontract Head Office or one of your network peers to complete those services outside your skillset. It’s an extended team of MasterFix experts, ready to help you complete more jobs.

Our partners typically have the following:

• No formal qualifications required - ideally, you’re skilled in one or more trades that MasterFix offers, and/or handy you’re around the place and willing to learn new skills so you can offer more services to your customers.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit And Adaptability - the drive to take charge of your own business and make it a success and the willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving needs of residential and commercial customers.
• Collaborative Team Player- the ability to work collaboratively with the MasterFix team and fellow franchisees to better drive your business and the overall brand, this can include collaborating on jobs.
