A Turnkey System
Recognising the unique skills and expertise possessed by individuals in the trades or those who are weekend warriors, MasterFix has developed a turnkey solution. This will assist you to transition seamlessly from working as an employed skilled professional, or as a weekend warrior into a successful fulltime business owner within the MasterFix network. Our program is designed to fill in your skill gaps through the initial training and on-going sessions provided by HO and our Key Suppliers. We realise everyone has different goals and aspirations.Ideal Candidates
MasterFix offers 28 services, some are core services and some are additional services. We don’t expect our franchisees to be able to offer all services. You’ll probably be skilled in some of the services and through our training programs, over time become competent in others. For those services you can’t perform, you can call on the Head Office team or other franchisee partners for support.Have a job where you’ll need a plasterer, but you can’t plaster? Subcontract Head Office or one of your network peers to complete those services outside your skillset. It’s an extended team of MasterFix experts, ready to help you complete more jobs.
