Listen To Your Body is an established, proven Group Personal Training Brand with 18 Studios in Australia.

How are we different?

In the industry, there are many Group Fitness brands competing for the same member which is an 18–35-year-old with minimal limitations to join in a Group training workout.

The LTYB offer is a tailored workout within a group of up to 15 members per trainer all with individualised workouts which caters for the huge Inactive market. The member does not have to keep up with others, they are given specific exercises through our elite programming supplied from LTYBHQ which is visually displayed across multiple screens.

This is why we retain members for an average of 9 months compared to the industry average of 2 months. We have got thousands of members who have been with us for up to 14 years.
