The Franchise Package

The Franchise package is $69,000.

Included in the franchise package is the following:

• Full training
• Uniforms
• Stationery
• Marketing
• iPad and associated tech requirements,
• Vehicle signage,
• First year or insurance

We do not

• Take a percentage of your profits, whatever effort you put into building your business is yours to keep.
• Charge you for repeat work from clients we send your way.
• Charge you for clients who are referred by others or who directly approach you.
• Restrict the area you work in as long as you don’t advertise in another franchisee’s territory.
• Treat you as a sub-contractor or an employee – you are a small business owner free to grow your own business and take on employees if you wish.
  

Franchisee Requirements

We are looking for licensed, highly motivated builders who are looking for a change, but still have a love for building and are keen to help others.

Ideally, we are looking for franchisees in the Brisbane area, but the Jim's system allows you to work wherever you like and take on services when you want. This is a mobile service so your home can be your office.

History

Jim's Building Inspections was started by a builder in 2010 who saw an opportunity for builders alike to get off the tools in much less stressful business. He developed an industry leading application to drastically reduce the paperwork and the speed of reporting. Knowing this business is predominately a mobile residential business the Jim's brand was well suited. The business has now grown to 150 franchisees across Australia and New Zealand.
