Scott & Lisa Banjo's Success Story

BEING A FRANCHISEE
I’m proud to be a Banjo’s Franchisee. It’s definitely a challenge, but also highly rewarding. Being part of a successful brand that has been growing for so many years gives me great pride and satisfaction. Banjo’s is an Australian success story and I’m part of it.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
As a Franchisee, I value our ability to integrate into the community in our local area. It’s great that we get to
help local causes, sporting clubs and community groups each year. It’s great to be able to give back to the community and I actively look for opportunities to be able to assist on an ongoing basis. We value our community and they value us.

HOW DID YOU GET HERE?
I completed my baking apprenticeship with Banjo’s and worked at several Banjo’s stores in Tasmania over 10 years. My role within Banjo’s continued to advance and the last 4 years before becoming a Franchisee I worked as Store Production Manager. Becoming a Banjo’s Franchi- see is something I had been working towards, it was the obvious next step in my Banjo’s journey.

I am now involved as a Franchisee in three bakeries with the most recent being a drive-thru Banjo’s at Park Ridge in Queensland. I have relocated and am excited for the future.
