MasterFix launches new training academy
Already well established, MasterFix Property Maintenance has taken a big step with the launch of MasterFix Academy – a new training arm designed to upskill franchisees technical skills and strengthen capabilities across the business’s expanding network.
Franchisees can now tap into the Academy’s expertise to develop their technical skills, in everything from plastering and painting to carpentry and full kitchen or bathroom renovations.
MasterFix also support their franchisees with the fundamentals of running a small business, ensuring they start with confidence and are able to deliver consistent service to their customers.
The new academy was officially launched with City of Casey Mayor Cr Stefan Koomen joining founder Wayne and dozens of stakeholders at the opening event on Monday 23 February from the organisation’s home base in Narre Warren South.
