Training and Support
As part of the Soonta family of franchisees, you will be fully trained on everything you need to know to run a successful business. From systems training, to food preparation processes; all training is carried out in-store and one-to-one in the initial trading period, with ongoing support available.

Franchisees will have the full support of The Soonta marketing team and agencies through their specialised campaigns and a tailored localised strategy for each location that drives foot traffic and return on investment. Crafted from locally sourced cauliflower florets to guarantee freshness and exceptional flavour, our cauliflower is coated with a golden, crunchy panko breading that adds an irresistible texture to every mouthful.
Our panko cauliflower is an incredibly versatile ingredient. It can be added to your favourite bowls for $15 or savoured as a delectable side snack, all for just $5.95 and comes with a dipping sauce.
According to Soonta's Marketing Manager, Alison Mancini, the panko cauliflower has become a customer favourite for its delicious taste. "It's incredibly popular since we introduced it. It's deep-fried perfection, and you can add it to any bowl for just $15," she says.
But our panko cauliflower is just one of the many vegan and vegetarian options on the Soonta menu. We offer various ways to create a delicious and nutritious meal tailored to your dietary preferences.
You can transform our Rice Bowls, Bun Bowls, and Salad Bowls into vegan or vegetarian-friendly meals by selecting a tofu and mushroom topping. Additionally, vegetarian spring rolls can be incorporated into your bowls. To ensure your meal remains vegan or vegetarian, please make the appropriate choices for toppings and condiments.
"Among our filling options, tofu and mushroom can be added to all our bowls. Banh Mi is a vegetarian-friendly choice and can be vegan if you skip the aioli spread. All our salad bases are vegetarian, including cabbage, cos salad, and mesclun salad options," explains Alison.
Enhance your meal with a vegan and vegetarian-friendly soy sauce or choose from our range of vegetarian dressings, including balsamic vinaigrette, lemongrass, kaffir lime, and tiger dressings, all of which are gluten-free.
For a vegan or vegetarian twist on rice paper rolls, opt for our delicious tofu and mushroom filling, and enhance the flavour with a hoisin sauce for that extra kick.
