MyFirstGym’s first Australian club opened in Hawthorne, Brisbane in August 2017 and with many clubs opening across Australia and Internationally it is now leading the children's fitness market.

MyFirstGym is a one stop fitness shop for children and is a much needed initiative for families and communities, that’s proving to be a sound opportunity for franchise investors with a compelling purpose. The MyFirstGym aims to help children live a healthier and more active lifestyle, to combat the ongoing increase in child obesity. With 9 out of 10 children not getting the recommended amount of movement each day, we’re having a positive impact by making fitness fun and exciting for our members.

One Stop Fitness Shop

We have made it our mission to supply a one stop fitness shop for busy parents. MyFirstGym Development Classes are the building blocks of a fit and healthy life and the Specialty Classes give children a fun, flexible introduction to specialty sports and disciplines. Our sibling-centric timetable, free play and drop and run facilities make it easy for families to incorporate MyFirstGym into their lives and busy schedules.

Smart Technology and Gamified Experience

Technology is undeniably ingrained in modern society. Brands that aren’t keeping up with the fast paced technological marketplace are quickly being left behind, and those who are at the forefront of innovation are being rewarded with strong returns and customer loyalty. The MyMovementBuddy is a specially developed and patented fitness tracker designed to be worn in and outside of class. Children are encouraged to kick start their movement points at home or school and then watch them skyrocket during class via the user-friendly mobile app.

Elevated Facility Experience

Built to inspire little and big kids, our club design is fresh, vibrant and exciting, with many studios including a purpose-built yoga and dance studio. Our specialised equipment is designed to ignite the imagination and make all MyFirstGym classes stimulating and entertaining. All facilities are set up with comfortable work stations, Wi-Fi and café facilities so that parents have an enjoyable destination to stay if they choose.

Our Global Head Office team is comprised of industry-leading experts in fitness and business, focused on developing programs, technology, branding and business growth strategies that will keep the MyFirstGym Brand and, consequently the Club Teams ahead of the game.

Franchise Owners and their Teams will enjoy the benefits of an extensive support system and can take pride in the fact that through cutting edge insights, their business will change the way children learn, move and interact. Our Head Office team will also provide ongoing training and staff development to allow each franchise to flourish.

The Support / Training & Development Program at MyFirstGym will involve a focus on all aspects of setting up a club, recruitment and training of Staff, Sales and Marketing to ensure a successful Presales program through to opening the site successfully and of coarse the structured & ongoing training that will be concentrated in the first 90 days and evolving into a support and Training program to ensure consistent and sustaining performance and competency

MyFirstGym will assist with

  • Comprehensive business modeling and break-even analysis
  • Site layout and design construction and build-out assistance branding – graphics and signage
  • Pre-opening and tailored marketing, SEO and Social Media campaigns
  • Grand opening support and ongoing operational assistance
