● Set-up: Operate from a garage or small storage unit with a van

● Territories: Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Newcastle, Canberra, Central Coast, Wollongong, Townsville, Cairns, Hobart

Metro Franchise - $99,900 + GST

● Royalty: 13% + GST

● Inventory: ~150 items (expanded letters/numbers, additional neons, stands, walls, florals)

● Set-up: 75m²+ warehouse + medium/long wheelbase van (high-top preferred)

● Territories: Sydney North, Sydney South, Melbourne East, Perth, Adelaide (Brisbane & Melbourne West already secured)

Both tiers include:

● Custom-made hire stock & delivery equipment

● Branded uniforms & marketing collateral

● Bespoke booking & management system

● SEO launch, branded local webpage & photo library

● Comprehensive training

● Ongoing 1:1 founder mentoring
