TRAINING & SUPPORT

Kumon provides comprehensive support through specialised divisions to ensure you feel confident running your centre:

• Field Support Division – Assistance with centre signage, fit-out coordination, worksheet shelving, and student materials.
• Human Resources Division – Guidance on employment legislation, wage rates, workplace insurance, and child protection policies.
• Accounts Division – Support with GST, payroll software, taxes, and recommended tuition payment platforms.
• Public Relations & Marketing Division – Flyers, posters, social media graphics, billboards, cinema and shopping centre advertising, and national campaigns.
• Kumon Service Centre (Matraville, Sydney) – Bi-monthly delivery of worksheets and administrative materials.

Professional development is ongoing, with monthly workshops, seminars, and study groups focused on instruction, communication, centre development, and marketing. IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to commit to operating their centre at least four days per week in a commercial venue (typically 3:30pm–7:00pm).

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (or relevant Kumon assistant experience)
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
• Reliable transportation
• Valid ID for verification
