The Problem: People generally have trouble writing resumes and cover letters. They have little knowledge on how to structure the documents and also what to actually place within the document. Current software solutions offer template solutions only and do not personalise the documents to the person entering the information.

The Solution: We have written a software that composes the resume and cover letter based on specific questions asked of the person entering the information. This creates a unique resume and cover letter for each person, enhancing their opportunity to receive interview offers.

We have bootstrapped to the level of the software in the final stage (Milestone 4 of 5 in technology) of the webapp.

INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS

1. A ‘MUST HAVE’ product.
People need resumes and cover letters. Currently, they either attempt to compose themselves, or go to a ‘professional’ who may, or may not, know what they are doing. With the successful rate of the software getting the person to interview, this product will be marketed as a MUST HAVE.

2. The subscription model
This model allows for the client to purchase in 6, and 12 month increments. Through using this type of model we will have Lower customer acquisition costs (CAC); Increased LTV; and with the video library relating to all things from interviews to finding a position, Higher customer engagement.

3. Global Growth
This is a product that is required across all different parts of the globe. The ability to open the datasets internationally allows for a very large growth schedule. To achieve this will require some rewriting towards regional nuances and translation to the specific language. This can be achieved with 6 months of raising the necessary investment. Current Franchisees will be provided the opportunity to purchase other areas outside of Australia.

4. Low Business Costs
The dataset is already written and there is no need for large offices, production facilities, or massive expenditure. The product is an automated product and can be controlled and administered anywhere in the world. This allows for a greater margin return to investors.

5. The current progression
We have already achieved substantial progress in bringing this product to market. We are now in the final stage (UA Testing) of the overall product and with investment will be ready to launch in August 2025.

6. Ability to on-build
Depending on the level of investment achieved there is the potential to fast-track stage 2 and 3 of the product to global and commercial (tokens and volume user licences).

This product is not only recession proof - it is actually needed more in a recession as more people look for fewer job opportunities.Franchisees need to have access to a computer and a telephone.

FRANCHISEE REQUIREMENTS

  • The Franchisor is required to set up the business to work from home online.
  • The Franchisee needs to follow the business plan and marketing strategy of the Franchisor and no significant expenditure is required.
  • The Franchisor recommends strongly against expenditure on premises, vehicles, signage, or advertisers.
  • The Franchisee is responsible for keeping their own set of records, and will have access to sales records for their specific franchise through Employment Won platform.
  • The Franchisee is responsible for their own expenditure and payment of various taxes that may be applicable for the business.
  • MARKETING: Employment Won marketing costs are borne by Employment Won. Should the Franchisee seek to pursue further marketing activities it will be at the Franchisee cost, and only after approval by Employment Won.
  • Any communication by the Franchisee is to be via the email or other such means supplied by Employment Won which is branded according to company specifications.
