Why is your business a smart franchise investment for entrepreneurs?

We offer a turnkey solution to business ownership. We have a proven model that works with an existing pool of happy and profitable franchise partners. We have a great marketing team to promote your business. And finally, compared to a tyre shop that can cost around the $300,000 and up to $150,000 for a Wheel Change U tyre shop on wheels.

What do you look for in a potential franchisee?

What does the initial training process look like for new franchisees?

We provide 1 week of training at our Newcastle branch if you are solely doing car tyres and 2 weeks training if you choose to do truck tyres as well.

All our training includes business basics and of course, full practical training in the Wheel Change U van.

What ongoing support is provided to franchisees?

Our team is there for our franchise partners 24/7, including a franchise partner WhatsApp group. We provide full marketing support, ongoing training if needed, monthly field visits and an annual conference.

How do you help franchisees achieve a work-life balance?

We are there to support our franchise partners in achieving a good life work balance and it is different for each individual.

What plans do you have for the franchise over the next few years?

On a day-to-day basis, we will endeavour to help our franchise partners grow to achieve their goals. Bigger picture we want Wheel Change U to grow further, and we aim to have franchise partners in each state and then to grow globally.

Is there anything else we’ve missed that you would like to share with potential franchisees?

At Wheel Change U everything we do is aimed at growing our brand which then helps our franchise partners. Our franchise partners have more 5-star Google reviews than any competitors. And finally, we offer large territories.
