• Support with household tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation
• Community participation support, including assistance attending appointments or outings
• Transport assistance for eligible participants

Franchisees deliver these services locally using our compliant systems, policy templates, and operating procedures. The franchisor provides training, audit support, and regular updates to ensure services meet NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards.

Franchisees focus on:

• Building relationships with participants and their families
• Recruiting and managing qualified support staff
• Overseeing care coordination, rostering, and service delivery quality
• Conducting local area marketing within an assigned territory
